It has been just nearly a month from now but a lot has happened in my job.
1) Due to my improvements, supervisor has actually appointed me as Teacher in Charge but because of my high MC rate and pass VERY BLUR records,big boss decided to observe me still.
2) Probation extended to 6 months (So Feb then i will be confirmed) cause of MC rate.
Although so, my improvements are being recognised and my senior teacher no longer label me as sotong. One evening when i am having training with my senior teacher and 2 newbies, my senior teacher praised that i really improved a lot and she likes my attitude. She says although i am being reprimanded of my mistakes, i accept it and made an effort to improve. She also say that i am those kind of person that need to SCOLD as only then it will get in my head. I giggled upon hearing that and agreed! She added she need someone with good attitude rather than a good material teacher with bad attitude. Now, my colleagues treat me more differently now as i can be on my own now. Everything is getting better regardless what happened. Job acheievements, you bet!! I got plenty as i have so much to do yet i can handle it well. I am seriously proud of myself! *hahahahha!* And tommorrow will be the year end party organised and prepared by me. Hope everything goes well and the children will enjoy themselves.
As for my tuition, i thought it had ended but actually not! They actually intended to let me teach her as far as i can go as my student likes me a lot. So i don't bear to reject so i agreed. Time to confess to my centre that i am tuitioning......
By the way,someone is back and has been busy meeting up and catching some fun bubbles back in my life. Oh, she is indeed important to us! :P Spent my christmas with my secondary school friends and can you believe it, we were caroling at 4 am!!! Ha Ha Ha!!! And finally get to sleep at 6 am. Spent our night eating and talking and squeezing in the crowd at town.
Lessons will be starting again in Mid January so darlings ahh, if want to meet up with me, faster book me ok. Or else i won't be able to make it again!! :P
