After that incident, i have actually "slim down" and my wonderful hard-earned meat are gone. So imagine i am back to bones again. Ok, maybe not that bad, or maybe it is!!! *Sob Sob!* Jessie say that i am now as skinny as i am in poly. Wow, this is not a compliment at all. Working in a office environment with the butt sitting down all the while has been the best thing that happened in my life! As my fats finally have the chance to grow! But now, they are gone! Gone for the bad!
If being tired is not enough, let's hear what my colleague got to say!
One of my colleague commented that i have become more skinny, and also say that my elbow are like sticks. And she say i am a little way off too skinny. While trying to assure her that i am trying to eat more, i really regret in my loss of appetiate when that incident happened.
Can anyone out there tell me how do one put on weight....in a healthy manner?
Yoo Hoo...... can can? But please don't advise me to eat more diary products like cheese....EEwks! Cause i have cheese-phobia! :P
